Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders totaling over $200 and placed within the United States. We offer a variety of USPS and UPS shipping services but if you don't see an option that works for you, feel free to email us at hello@hazeltinescent.co and we can discuss additional options. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped. 

Please note that the estimated delivery time associated with each shipping option does not include our internal processing time, which can take up to 5 business days. We are a small business and create each candle in small batches, and it's a slow process, so we appreciate your patience as we work to increase efficiency and decrease our processing times. If you need an order expedited please leave a note at checkout and/or email us at hello@hazeltinescent.co and we will speed up your order, if possible.
