When can I expect to receive my order?

We typically fill and ship orders within 2 days, but please allow up to 5 days for the item to be shipped as many of our products are made in small batches or to order. After that, the time until you receive the order depends on the shipping option you select at checkout. Approximate shipping time estimates are listed with those options to help you make your selection. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you need an order sooner than is available on our checkout page, email us at hello@hazeltinescent.co and we'll assess the options for expedited shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do! If you don't see your location listed please send us an email at hello@hazeltinescent.co and we'll update our shipping destinations to accommodate you. 

What's in your candles?

Our candles are made with coconut wax and a blend of essential oils and perfume-grade fragrance oil. 

Do you make custom scents or products?

We love collaborating and developing new products and would love to help you out with whatever custom product you're hoping to make. We're currently all booked up with custom projects through 2024 but feel free to send us an email at hello@hazeltinescent.co with details and ideas and we can give you an idea of the process and timeline.
