SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders totaling over $200 and placed within the United States. We offer a variety of USPS and UPS shipping services but if you don't see an option that works for you, feel free to email us at hello@hazeltinescent.co and we can discuss additional options. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped. 

RETURNS: 

Because buying scents online is tricky, we offer the Discovery Set to help you make sure you love the scent before you commit to a full-sized candle.

We know that not everyone will go that route, however, so if you order something that you're not satisfied with, please email us at hello@hazeltinescent.co and we will discuss the options. We don't offer free returns but if you haven't burned the candle and would like to return it (you would cover the cost of shipping it back) we will refund the price of the candle upon receiving it.

If you order something and believe you received a faulty product in some way, again please email us and we can work out a solution. Options in this case may include a refund or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
